2018 Payton Lectures

The annual Payton Lectures are an endowed academic lecture series hosted by Fuller Seminary, a private graduate institution in Pasadena, CA. The 2018 Payton Lectures, the 70th annual, featured keynote lecturer The Right Reverend Rowan Williams, 104th Archbishop of Canterbury, who lectured on the topic of "Theology and Human Rights". 

I was lead event manager for this two-day academic event encompassing multiple keynote lectures, responses from leading academics, audience Q&A, and hosted meals. The event was attended by 200 guests, live-streamed to viewers in six countries, and translated live into Spanish and Korean.

During his visit, I also coordinated Williams' participation in a recording of an episode of FULLER Studio's Conversing podcast, as well as "In the Room with Rowan Williams", a filmed roundtable discussion.
